EFS 4.2 MWh DC battery container is a key platform for energy storage, designed to support reliable power storage and release. The energy storage system uses immersion liquid cooling as its core thermal management method,, providing higher heat dissipation efficiency and more precise temperature control than conventional air cooling.
During battery charging and discharging, the cooling medium quickly transfers heat away from the battery system, helping keep the battery pack within a suitable operating temperature range, from 30°C to 55°C. This helps reduce performance degradation caused by localized overheating, extends battery service life, and supports stable operation under high-rate charge and discharge conditions.
The energy storage system adopts a modular standard container design and is built to fit 20-ft high-cube containers, supporting easier transport and overseas project deployment.
The highly integrated1P104S large-pack design helps reduce cost by 5%, reduces integrated system circuits and piping by 40%, and lowers the failure rate by 3%. This improves manufacturing, installation, and maintenance efficiency while reducing lifecycle electricity costs.
