SCU EV charger module is a built-in power module designed for DC charging stations. It is available in AC-DC and DC-DC versions, with 30 kW, 40 kW, and 60 kW power ratings.
The module converts input power into DC output for electric vehicle charging and other DC power supply applications. With a wide DC output voltage range up to 1000 VDC, it supports compatibility with different EV battery packs.
The module uses three-phase active power factor correction (APFC), interleaved three-level series-resonant soft-switching, and digital control technology. This design supports high reliability, availability, maintainability, efficiency, and power density.

  • Zero standby power consumption in both active and reactive power modes, helping reduce long-term energy costs.
  • AC-contactor-free design to lower charger hardware cost and simplify the system structure.
  • Intelligent N+1 modular redundancy with flexible sleep/wake modes to improve fault tolerance and service life.
  • Supports remote monitoring, control, and firmware upgrades without removing the module, making maintenance faster and easier.
  • Full SiC (silicon carbide) power devices for high-speed switching, low on-resistance, and high-voltage endurance.
  • Class B EMC design for improved interference suppression and wider commercial application suitability.
