EVMS-640 is SCU’s split-type ultra-fast charging system, designed for charging sites that require high power, flexible configuration, and reliable long-term operation.
The system combines a centralized ultra-fast charging power cabinet with multiple charging dispensers. Built around a 640 kW centralized power pool, it uses independently scalable 40 kW power modules, with each charging terminal supporting up to 1000 A output current.
With intelligent flexible power allocation, the charging station responds to real-time vehicle BMS demand within milliseconds and dynamically distributes power across all charging terminals. This helps improve power utilization, charging efficiency, and return on investment for ultra-fast charging operations.

    The EV charging system integrates all 40 kW modules into one intelligent power pool. Based on real-time BMS requests, available power is distributed across charging terminals to improve utilization and support different vehicle charging profiles.

    A scalable central controller, mature charging logic, and multi-level protection help ensure stable long-term operation. In addition, the hot-swappable power modules make faster replacement and reduce maintenance downtime.
  • Lower Standby Losses
    The power modules support intelligent sleep mode with zero standby power, while total system static power consumption remains below 30 W, helping reduce energy loss during daily operation.

  • Real-time power allocation: Centralized control allocates power to each terminal according to vehicle BMS demand. When power is released from one vehicle, it can be reassigned immediately to another terminal, improving overall charging efficiency.
  • Flexible Terminal Configuration: The system supports multiple charging terminals with CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO, GB/T, and NACS interfaces. Single-gun, dual-gun, air-cooled, and liquid-cooled terminal options are available to support simultaneous multi-vehicle charging.
  • VIN-Based Charging Management: Automatic VIN recognition enables charging strategies based on power limits, time scheduling, and pricing rules, supporting more efficient fleet and charging-site management.
  • Industrial-Grade Reliability: The independent air-channel design separates high-power heat from the control electronics, supporting stable outdoor operation and extending service life.
  • Multi-Level Protection: Integrated electrical and thermal protection helps maintain safe, reliable charging under different operating conditions.
  • OCPP-Based Connectivity: Support for OCPP-based platforms enables remote monitoring, diagnostics, upgrades, and lifecycle management, while maintaining ultra-low standby energy consumption.
